ePals? PALS Reading Program Goes Digital!
PALS, a reading-mentoring program
that matches secondary students with primary kids to
encourage an early love for reading, will be boosted
into the 21st century this year with e-books. After
winning a $2500 grant from Target, Rockwall
Christian Academy will purchase Nooks and load them
with electronic versions of all the best selections.
The initiative is a part of the school's initiatives
to put the academic advantages of technology in the
